To Resolve or Not To Resolve?

Happy Freaking New Year!!

It's already a few days into the new year & I'm thinking to myself, "Self, what resolutions do you want to make this year?" Hmmm...

Of course, there's ALWAYS lose weight ... I need to do that one. There's no getting around that. So, let's call that a given. There's more ideas I have - here's my brainstorm list:

  • My pre-40 bucket list (yup, it's the big 4-0 this year)
  • Spend more time with my kids
  • Save more money (set a $$ goal)
  • Set an exercise schedule - and stick to it
  • Drink less (wine?) or more (water?)
  • Give up fast food
  • Keep my house neater/tidier/cleaner (read: hire cleaning lady!)
  • Finish masters in Project Management
  • Get my PMI certification


So many options -- so many things to consider ... Time to do some soul searching to really decide my focus for 2013. I'm the type who needs to have a focus and goals. Without them, I'm just going through the motions.
